IMTIA is an organization of Medical Transcription companies based in Bangalore, India.

The member companies conform to standards and self-regulations that would inspire the confidence of potential customers dealing with such member companies.

The Association was formed on Aug 6, 2004 through the subscription of most of the Medical Transcription companies based in Bangalore/Karnataka State. However, the association now has few members outside the state.
